We are seeking a passionate and driven Salon Sales Executive to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic region (Philadelphia/Washington, DC based). This role focuses on building strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees, while driving sales and business development within the salon and health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain powerful, trusting relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees.
  • Manage both existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Salon Director to support salon-specific sell-in and sell-through strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality in-salon presentations and product classes.
  • Launch new salons and retail accounts effectively.
  • Achieve individual revenue goals through education and consulting with salon professionals.
  • Support retail segment sales with merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Manage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts.
  • Execute strategic education plans tailored to each salon.
  • Promote and coordinate company-sponsored business development and educational events.
  • Attend all company meetings and training sessions.
  • Travel up to 70% within the territory, with overnight stays as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience.
  • Current experience in selling to professional accounts in salon, health and wellness, or cosmetics sectors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High sales drive with the ability to prospect and close new business.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Service-oriented and adaptable to various personality types.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and quick to learn new software like Slack and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time, with some variations based on territory size.
