Job Overview

Define end-to-end operating model for private-label cosmetics with dermatology providers. Design margin structure across Nitra, providers, and manufacturers with leadership. Establish guardrails for inventory exposure, capital allocation, and provider concentration risk. Own provider launches end-to-end from concept to post-launch analysis. Develop launch plans, timelines, and KPI dashboards with GTM teams. Build scalable portfolio framework; standardize launch kits and packaging.

Responsibilities
  • Define end-to-end operating model for private-label cosmetics with dermatology providers.
  • Design margin structure across Nitra, providers, and manufacturers with leadership.
  • Establish guardrails for inventory exposure, capital allocation, and provider concentration risk.
  • Own provider launches end-to-end from concept to post-launch analysis.
  • Develop launch plans, timelines, and KPI dashboards with GTM teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4–8 years in beauty, skincare, or CPG; product launches.
  • Hands-on ODM/OEM with formulation briefs, packaging, MOQs; cross-border a plus.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen; build launch-level P&Ls and margins.
  • Experience with providers, clinics, or customers to inform strategy and GTM.
  • Proven zero-to-one operator; organized, action-oriented, independent.
