As a Business Development Manager in San Francisco, you will promote and sell Nutrafol products to prospective clients within your territory. Your role will involve implementing strategic initiatives and sales activities to increase sales and market share while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell products to potential prospects within your territory.
  • Implement strategic initiatives and sales activity to increase Nutrafol sales and market share.
  • Drive product promotion through approved marketing items and field-based promotions.
  • Provide ‘White Glove’ service and support with a customer-centric approach.
  • Build relationships to enhance account penetration and growth through meetings and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate physician training programs and practice enhancement in-services.
  • Maintain professional communications with leadership, co-workers, and accounts.
  • Participate in company sales meetings and district/regional conference calls.
  • Manage expenses responsibly and generate ROI.
  • Attend Trade Shows to represent Nutrafol and promote new sales opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven success in Field Sales.
  • Preferred experience in medical, surgical, or pharmacologic sales.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and demonstrating clinical and product expertise.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to seize market opportunities.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Solution-oriented problem solver and collaborative team member.
  • Experience using Salesforce for tracking leads and sales activity.
  • Passion for promoting Nutrafol products.
