We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle for our innovative voice technology solutions aimed at mid-market and enterprise clients. This role demands a blend of technical acumen and sales expertise, as you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client use cases and tech requirements.
  • Build and demo custom voice agent prototypes to facilitate client buy-in.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers for smooth onboarding processes.
  • Develop go-to-market playbooks and outbound strategies.
  • Communicate customer needs internally to influence product development and packaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales, account executive, or go-to-market roles at a technical B2B company.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with CTOs and engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and no-code/low-code demos.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML and voice technology.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
