Job Overview

As the VP Digital & AI, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling US Digital and AI consulting capabilities in alignment with global strategy. This role involves partnering with the SVP and global leadership to ensure priorities and investments are aligned. You will be responsible for shaping the US Digital and AI portfolio, focusing on modernization, data/AI, and identity. Collaboration with Sales, Industry, and Account leaders is essential to expand the pipeline and drive growth. Acting as a senior executive sponsor and trusted advisor to C-suite clients is a key aspect of this position. Your contribution to operating models, delivery standards, and governance will be critical to ensure alignment with the global framework.

Responsibilities
  • Build and scale US Digital and AI consulting capabilities
  • Partner with SVP and global leadership to align priorities and investments
  • Shape the US Digital and AI portfolio focusing on modernization, data/AI, and identity
  • Collaborate with Sales, Industry, and Account leaders to expand pipeline and growth
  • Act as a senior executive sponsor and trusted advisor to C-suite clients
  • Contribute to operating models, delivery standards, and governance aligned with global framework
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital and AI consulting
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • In-depth knowledge of modernization, data/AI, and identity
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with C-suite clients
