Job Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Criteria Corp focuses on generating qualified pipeline and revenue to support Enterprise sales goals. The SDR will engage in proactive outreach to potential customers using various channels and tools, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Enterprise Sales Executives.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage ABM strategies and tactics to target high-value accounts.
  • Engage in proactive outreach through phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads from multiple sources.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven ability to engage and qualify prospects effectively.
  • Proficient in persuasive written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with SDR tools such as ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift, and Salesforce.
  • Competence in developing outreach cadences and email templates.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
