Key Responsibilities
  • Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on Fresha value.
  • Onboard clients to become active FreshaPay users.
  • Assist salons in optimizing their profiles and using Fresha tools effectively.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners with tailored consultations.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience via video calls, explaining features.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • More than 3 years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Data-driven approach; ability to use reports to improve performance.
  • Preferred outbound sales experience.
  • Fluency in Romanian and Spanish; excellent English communication skills via Google Meet.
  • Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
