You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while leveraging your technical expertise to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to identify customer use cases and technical requirements.
  • Build and demo custom voice agent prototypes to facilitate the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers for a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
  • Develop go-to-market playbooks, messaging, and outreach strategies.
  • Advocate for customer needs to influence product development and strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in a sales or account executive role within a technical B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and no-code/low-code tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML or voice technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
  • Self-directed with a strong pipeline discipline.
