The Engagement Manager for the Public Sector will lead the delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. This role involves managing the execution of large account plans, overseeing cross-functional project teams, and ensuring customer success through effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer.
  • Own or support a large account plan and manage day-to-day execution.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to meet AI/ML objectives.
  • Identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure success.
  • Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • 5+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing enterprise delivery.
  • 10+ years in customer-facing technical programs in industry or government.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite 4+ days/week in Suffolk, VA with travel <25%.
