As the Principal Product Manager for GitLab's AI-First Continuous Delivery capabilities, you will be responsible for shaping the product strategy and roadmap for how teams build, release, and deploy software with confidence in the AI era. This role offers high autonomy and requires a founder's mindset as you define a product category in a strategic initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy and full roadmap for GitLab AI-First CD.
  • Develop a differentiated point of view on the CD market evolution in the AI era.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Product Design, and Quality to define problems and guide development.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer needs and support product rollouts.
  • Define and track success metrics, using customer feedback to guide iterations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive product management experience in complex, technical B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Deep experience with CI/CD systems and deployment tooling.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with senior engineers.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to synthesize customer feedback and market research into actionable insights.
