As the GTM Strategy & Operations Manager for Data & Territory Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Zip's account data infrastructure and ensuring data quality across Salesforce. You will lead initiatives to refresh account data annually and manage relationships with enrichment vendors to enhance data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own account data infrastructure and data quality across Salesforce.
  • Lead annual account data refresh and manage vendor relationships.
  • Drive centralized segmentation planning in collaboration with Sales, GTM Ops, and Finance.
  • Develop and execute territory carving methodology, ensuring accuracy in handoffs.
  • Create GTM analytics to monitor account coverage, territory health, and data quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in sales ops, RevOps, or GTM strategy within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in territory design and carving.
  • Strong vendor management skills with experience in tools like ZoomInfo, Kernel, and Clearbit.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel/Sheets.
  • Fluency in Salesforce data structures.
  • Experience with automation/AI tools to streamline processes.
