The Sr. Partner Relationship Manager - GSI is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key GSI stakeholders to drive business development. This role involves developing joint pipeline and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to enhance revenue and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with key GSI stakeholders.
  • Develop joint pipeline and GTM initiatives to grow revenue.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GSI partners; support GTM strategies and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner sales processes.
  • Work with GSI partners to grow the sales pipeline and market penetration.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategy with objectives and key results (OKRs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quotas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in partner management; 5+ years with GSI partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen.
  • Extensive networking experience across organizational levels.
  • Experience promoting SaaS and integrating with GSI solutions.
  • Programmatic approach to scaling GSI partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Contentstack, CMS/DXP, MACH/composable architecture.
