As a Partner Onboarding Specialist, you will lead the onboarding journey for our partners, ensuring a seamless transition into using the Fresha platform. Your role will involve understanding the unique business needs of each partner and addressing any risks or objections that may arise. You will train partners on our platform, focusing on driving adoption of payments and add-ons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the partner onboarding journey and manage risks and objections.
  • Understand partners' business needs and demonstrate how Fresha meets those needs.
  • Train partners on the Fresha platform to encourage usage of payments and add-ons.
  • Create and share training materials, including videos, notes, and help center articles.
  • Utilize HubSpot to track onboarding progress and Loom for instructional videos.
  • Manage CSV data migration related to partner onboarding.
  • Collaborate with teams across various time zones and markets to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of partner onboarding needs.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience in data cleaning is an asset.
  • Project coordination experience or certification is desired.
  • Experience in the Beauty & Wellness industry or startup tech environment is a plus.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive workforce.
