We are seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to serve as a Tier 3 bridge for resolving hardware and software issues. This role involves leading site deployments, migrations, and managing events and conference rooms. The ideal candidate will audit and enhance deployment runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the Knowledge Base, while coordinating with Systems Engineering for incident response and team capability expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Tier 3 support bridge for hardware/software issues.
  • Lead deployments, migrations, and events at various sites.
  • Audit and improve deployment runbooks, SOPs, and Knowledge Base articles.
  • Coordinate with Systems Engineering for incident responses.
  • Oversee the asset lifecycle from refresh to secure decommissioning.
  • Utilize Intune and Jamf for deploying/remediating Windows/macOS vulnerabilities.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals in a lead capacity.
  • Travel between sites and for limited out-of-state engagements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years in desktop support or IT operations.
  • 1+ year in a lead or senior role.
  • Expertise in Windows 11 and macOS administration, including firmware and drivers.
  • Hands-on experience with Jamf, Intune, and ITSM platforms (e.g., Freshservice).
  • Strong networking, VPN, and MFA troubleshooting skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL Foundation, Jamf 200+ are a plus.
