Investment Operations Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Analyst in Investment Operations with a focus on Real Estate. This role involves the setup and management of assets for new securities and structured transactions, ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset setup for new securities and structured transactions using Edge, Geneva, and LMS.
• Establish SPVs to hold assets and facilitate internal securitization.
• Coordinate the settlement of loans/assets and collaborate with Legal and custody banks.
• Support complex asset structures and drive process automation initiatives.
• Oversee the ongoing asset lifecycle, including remittances, pay-downs, pay-offs, and coupons.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in investment operations.
• Prior experience in private credit or equity deal funding.
• Strong knowledge of credit investments, particularly bank loans or real estate.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a capacity to multi-task.
• Potential for discretionary bonus based on performance.
