The IT Support Lead plays a crucial role in bridging complex hardware and software issues while leading site deployments and managing conference rooms. This position requires an expert in Windows 11 and macOS administration, along with hands-on experience in tools like Jamf and Intune.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Tier 3 support for complex hardware/software issues.
  • Lead site deployments, migrations, and events.
  • Audit and improve deployment runbooks, SOPs, and Knowledge Base.
  • Coordinate with Systems Engineering for incident response.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle from refresh to secure decommissioning.
  • Provide deskside/remote support for O365, Google Workspace, VPN, SSO, and networking.
  • Travel occasionally between sites as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years in desktop support or IT operations, with at least 1 year in a lead/senior role.
  • Expertise in Windows 11 and macOS administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Jamf, Intune, and ITSM (Freshservice).
  • Strong networking fundamentals, including VPN clients and MFA troubleshooting.
  • Nice to have: CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL, Jamf 200+, or equivalent.
