The Operations Lead for GTM Systems is a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. As a Salesforce admin, you will oversee object architecture, data quality, and the migration of legacy automations to modern standards. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions and CRM governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Salesforce admin tasks including object architecture, Flow, and permissions.
  • Audit and improve data quality and review tech debt.
  • Migrate legacy automations to current Salesforce standards.
  • Design Salesforce UX tailored for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Oversee sandbox governance, release management, and pre-production testing.
  • Administer the GTM stack, including tools like Outreach, Gong, and ChurnZero.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Systems at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, particularly with complex work and migrations.
  • Experience with multi-tool GTM stacks, such as Zapier and Workato.
  • Strong systems thinking focusing on data flows and maintainability.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS sales motions and CRM governance.
