Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding construction and renovation company as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This remote role focuses on driving digital marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads, nurture client relationships, and support the launch of innovative services. You will play a key role in elevating the brand's presence through strategic campaigns and creative content, leveraging technology in a traditionally low-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital sales funnels and email nurturing campaigns to attract and engage leads.
  • Create, edit, and publish compelling content across social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Design, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram.
  • Set up and optimize marketing automation tools, including CRM systems and integrations such as Zapier and ActiveCampaign.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for improved results.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure accurate and actionable lead data management.
  • Contribute to content planning and marketing for new service launches, such as trenching and HVAC installations.
  • Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Produce monthly reports detailing campaign metrics and lead conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
  • Proven expertise in managing paid ad campaigns and building marketing funnels.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for learning and optimizing new tools and systems.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Zapier, ActiveCampaign, and CRM platforms.
  • Background in construction, renovation, or service-based industries is a plus.
