Job Overview

As a Workflow Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for bridging business vision with technical reality. Your main focus will be on owning Zendesk and Salesforce platforms, designing end-to-end workflows across multiple tools, and implementing solutions via APIs and automation tools.

Responsibilities
  • Designing end-to-end workflows across Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, and internal APIs
  • Collaborating with Revenue, Operations, and Executives to establish a single source of truth
  • Owning architecture beyond native features to ensure scalable and maintainable systems
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years administering Zendesk with automations, triggers, apps, and integrations
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • 7+ years in total of business systems administration
  • Strong API and integration experience
  • Salesforce Admin Certificate required; Advanced cert a plus; Zendesk cert a plus
