We are seeking a Senior Manager for our People Systems to oversee the configuration and governance of our People tech stack, which includes HiBob, Ashby, and Culture Amp. This role involves designing and maintaining system architecture with a focus on clean data flows and leading the evaluation, selection, and implementation of HRIS to support the scaling of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the configuration and governance of the People tech stack (HiBob, Ashby, Culture Amp).
  • Design and maintain People system architecture ensuring clean data flows.
  • Lead HRIS evaluation, selection, and implementation processes.
  • Identify and implement automation using iPaaS tools (Workato, Boomi).
  • Partner with the Head of People Ops & Strategy on the AI adoption roadmap.
  • Oversee security, compliance, and data privacy across People platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in HR tech with ownership of HRIS at organizations with 500+ employees.
  • Hands-on expertise in Workday with the ability to configure and optimize.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems architecture including ATS, LMS, performance, and compensation.
  • Experience with automation tools like Workato, Boomi, or Zapier.
  • Familiarity with case management/ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
  • Data-first orientation with comfort in data modeling and ensuring cross-system consistency.
