As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing demand generation programs to drive high-quality inbound pipeline for enterprise mortgage lenders. You will be a hands-on operator who turns strategy into action, runs campaigns end-to-end, and improves performance through testing, iteration, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize demand generation programs focusing on high-quality inbound pipeline.
  • Manage day-to-day execution across customer acquisition channels including SEO/GEO, SEM, paid social, and events.
  • Run and optimize account-based marketing campaigns to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like HubSpot and Pardot.
  • Collaborate with sales to align on targeting, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Optimize key sections of the website for conversion improvement.
  • Support event strategy and execution for lead generation.
  • Contribute insights to enhance demand generation performance.
  • Experiment with new tools and acquisition models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven track record in executing campaigns that drive inbound pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/GEO, SEM, and paid social advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort measuring performance metrics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs, especially Salesforce.
  • Ability to experiment with new marketing tools and models.
  • A scrappy, owner mindset with strong execution skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, especially with sales teams.
  • Motivation for growth into broader leadership roles.
