Join SIMBA as a Go-to-Market Engineer, where you will be pivotal in building and maintaining our outbound infrastructure. This role involves leading sourcing efforts, enriching data, and implementing scoring systems to enhance our sales pipeline. You will own the GTM tech stack, deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach, while optimizing top-of-funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure including lead sourcing, enrichment, and scoring.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack including CRM, enrichment, and sequencing tools.
  • Deploy AI agents to automate prospect research and personalize outreach efforts.
  • Monitor top-of-funnel performance, optimize the pipeline, and prune underperforming efforts.
  • Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to ensure data synchronization.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools, becoming the resident expert.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth, or RevOps with a technical focus.
  • Proven track record of building outbound systems from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM stacks such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or Instantly.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on funnel metrics like pipeline influence and conversions.
  • Ability to ship quickly, simplify processes, and push initiatives without waiting for permission.
  • Familiarity with AI, voice, or developer-tools products is a plus.
  • Experience with CX or telephony buyer personas is desirable.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B or API sales motions is advantageous.
