The Go-to-Market Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining outbound infrastructure to enhance our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the GTM stack, deploying AI solutions for outreach, and optimizing top-of-funnel activities to drive successful meetings. You will work in a remote, distributed team, directly influencing GTM strategy and experiencing the real impact of your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure: sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing.
  • Own the GTM stack end-to-end, including CRM, enrichment, and sequencing.
  • Deploy AI agents for research, outreach generation, and follow-ups.
  • Instrument top-of-funnel activities and optimize for meetings.
  • Build API/webhook integrations to ensure data cleanliness and synchronization.
  • Evaluate new AI and GTM tools, becoming the team's resident expert.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Solid experience in GTM, growth, or RevOps with a strong technical background.
  • Experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines and lead scoring.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to think in funnels and measure key metrics such as reply rates and cost per opportunity.
  • Fast execution, simplicity in approach, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with AI/voice/dev-tools products is a plus.
  • Understanding of CX/telephony buyer personas is desirable.
