The Electrical Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Division, ensuring efficient service calls, small projects, and maintenance tasks are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and dispatch service technicians to optimize productivity and response times.
  • Review and approve service estimates, time and materials work, and pricing strategies.
  • Take ownership of service revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, and overall performance metrics.
  • Lead, coach, and enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards among service technicians.
  • Ensure accurate job documentation, timely invoicing, and proper job closeout procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of commercial electrical experience.
  • Prior experience in managing service technicians or field teams.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage labor, schedules, and job profitability effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
