Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of customers and serve as their primary contact.
  • Onboard new customers and drive successful implementation.
  • Prescribe platform configurations for construction use cases.
  • Monitor account health and identify churn risks, intervening as necessary.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Customer-facing commercial experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High ownership and execution capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in SaaS or construction tech is a plus.
