The Senior Manager of Corporate Operations will oversee the annual technical roadmap for the Systems and Infrastructure engineering teams, prioritizing projects based on business impact and technical risk. This role requires collaboration with multiple departments, including Security, Workplace, and HR, to ensure smooth operations and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and prioritize the technical roadmap for engineering teams.
  • Act as an operational auditor to reduce manual toil through automation.
  • Collaborate on the internal incident response framework and lead post-mortems.
  • Serve as the technical liaison for large-scale initiatives.
  • Review architecture designs for various systems to ensure scalability.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for SaaS and ISPs.
  • Directly mentor and manage engineering staff for career growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of relevant IT Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years in a formal leadership role.
  • Expert-level experience managing Okta as an IdP.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft O365.
  • Deep knowledge of MDM systems and networking security stacks.
  • Strong understanding of automation and scripting languages.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS company or startup.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
