The Senior Manager of Corporate Operations is responsible for overseeing the annual technical roadmap for the Systems and Infrastructure engineering teams. This role prioritizes projects based on business impact and technical risk while driving automation and collaboration across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the annual technical roadmap for Systems and Infrastructure engineering teams.
  • Act as an operational auditor to identify manual "toil" and promote API-driven automation.
  • Collaborate with Security on incident response and lead blameless post-mortems.
  • Serve as the technical liaison for Workplace and HR on large-scale initiatives.
  • Review architecture designs for Okta workflows, MDM policies, and network security.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with SaaS providers.
  • Directly manage and mentor engineering staff, focusing on career growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in IT Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a cloud-native environment.
  • Expertise in managing Okta as an IdP.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 administration.
  • Familiarity with MDM systems like Jamf and Intune.
  • Understanding of automation and scripting (Python, Bash, APIs).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS company or startup.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams with attention to detail.
