The Senior Manager of Corporate Operations is responsible for overseeing the annual technical roadmap for the Systems and Infrastructure engineering teams, ensuring projects are prioritized based on business impact and technical risk. This role includes acting as an operational auditor to identify and reduce manual toil while guiding the team toward automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical roadmap prioritization for engineering teams.
  • Identify manual processes and drive automation in the JML lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Security on incident response frameworks and lead post-mortems.
  • Act as the liaison for Workplace and HR on large-scale initiatives.
  • Review architecture designs for scalability and compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate SaaS contracts.
  • Mentor and manage engineering staff for career growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of relevant IT Engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a fully cloud-native environment with no on-prem footprint.
  • Expertise in managing Okta as an IdP.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 administration.
  • Experience with MDM systems like Jamf and Intune.
  • Strong understanding of automation and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  • Exceptional documentation and technical strategy skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams with attention to detail.
