As a Staff IT Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) platform, ensuring secure access for our global teams. Your expertise in systems administration will drive the design of access policies, assist in debugging complex connectivity issues, and enable automation across our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ZTNA platform and design access policies.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to establish secure access paths for new tools and development environments.
  • Perform advanced debugging, escalate connectivity issues, and analyze logs.
  • Automate configuration management using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Manage a hybrid fleet of endpoints using Kandji/Iru and Intune, and configure CrowdStrike Falcon for security.
  • Address vulnerabilities fleet-wide through Remote Threat Response (RTR).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in Systems Administration within global cloud-first environments.
  • Hands-on experience with context-aware access policies and security architecture.
  • Knowledge of security incident prevention, detection, and response, including CrowdStrike Falcon and ZTNA.
  • Proficient in MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with Kandji/Iru and Intune mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Bash for production-grade automation.
