This position is for a Commercial and Product Counsel who will manage a variety of legal agreements and provide product counseling in a high-growth fintech environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in negotiating and executing commercial contracts, particularly in the SaaS and fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and close inbound vendor agreements, including SaaS, DPAs, and NDAs.
  • Manage outbound customer and sales contracts, owning enterprise terms.
  • Build contracting infrastructure, including templates, playbooks, and self-serve tools.
  • Implement AI-powered workflows for negotiation support and contract management.
  • Oversee the contract lifecycle from intake to execution and track obligations.
  • Provide product counseling and compliance advice to the product development and engineering team.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • J.D. and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
  • 5–7 years of in-house experience in a growth-stage fintech environment (payments or fundraising preferred).
  • Experience with high-volume commercial contracting execution.
  • Proven ability in building contracting systems and infrastructure.
  • Applied experience with legal tech and AI tools.
