We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to manage inbound leads and drive sales within the SMB sector. This role will involve engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound leads with fast demos and trials.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to key decision-makers.
  • Run discovery calls to uncover customer pain points and workflows.
  • Deliver customized product demos and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and capture their feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales.
  • Proven quota attainment in high-velocity sales roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Sandler, Challenger, or MEDDIC methodologies; Sandler preferred.
  • Curiosity about customers' businesses and ability to uncover needs with insightful questions.
