We are seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from outreach to offer. This role involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines through research and proactive sourcing, collaborating closely with hiring managers to define requirements and track progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines via research and proactive sourcing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and update progress.
  • Collaborate with peers to share insights and coordinate interview activity.
  • Utilize Greenhouse, Gem, and AI sourcing tools to track candidates and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including technical hiring.
  • Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through research and outreach.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers and provide updates on pipeline and progress.
  • Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., Gem).
  • Able to manage multiple roles and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable using AI tools in recruiting workflows.
