As an Early Talent Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for summer interns and early talent across the U.S. and Hong Kong. You will build partnerships with universities and external organizations while aligning internship timelines. Your role will also involve designing the internship program, which includes onboarding, learning, mentorship, and performance management. You will partner with senior leaders to enhance visibility and influence in hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for summer interns and early talent.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities and external organizations.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the internship program.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence hiring strategies.
  • Leverage CRM/ATS tools to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Plan and execute campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
  • Coordinate and manage global travel for recruitment purposes.
  • Utilize metrics and data to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in university relations or early-career recruiting.
  • Experience with internship hiring on U.S. West Coast and Hong Kong campuses.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to leverage metrics and data for decision-making.
  • Experienced event planner with a strong track record.
  • Ability to work flexibly with a product-driven culture.
  • Hands-on experience with cutting-edge gaming technology.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Capable of building relationships with various stakeholders.
