We are seeking a Senior Tech Ops Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs focused on ERP, HRIS, CRM, and IT infrastructure transformations. This role will align roadmaps with business objectives through strategic planning and ensure successful program governance with comprehensive reviews, risk assessments, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end programs for ERP, HRIS, CRM, and IT infrastructure transformations.
  • Align program roadmaps with business objectives through strategic planning.
  • Govern programs with regular reviews, risk assessments, and executive reporting.
  • Orchestrate collaboration among cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, security, privacy, and compliance.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contracts, integrations, and migrations.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and executive communications to ensure projects remain on track.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience executing complex transformation programs in operations, consulting, or enterprise technology.
  • 6+ years of experience leading enterprise technology programs with ERP (Oracle Financials) and M&A technology integrations.
  • Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems like Workday and Greenhouse, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of privacy and security programs, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
  • Experience leading AI and automation initiatives to enhance operational processes.
  • Strong executive communication skills with a proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
