The International Payroll Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries including the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Austria. This role requires ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and governance standards while partnering with external payroll providers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end payroll processes for NL, DE, UK, FR, and Austria.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary payroll contact for employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve payroll systems, processes, and controls.
  • Prepare payroll reports and conduct month-end reconciliations.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience managing multi-country payroll in Europe.
  • Experience with equity awards payroll across jurisdictions.
  • Strong knowledge of European labor laws; US/Canada payroll experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems such as Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP, etc.
  • Self-driven and autonomous with a strong service mindset.
