We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Sales District Manager to lead our Retail Sales team in Jacksonville, FL. This remote role requires travel up to 35% and involves coaching a quota-attaining team to excel in sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, hire, and coach a quota-attaining Retail Sales team.
  • Coach full-cycle sales processes including discovery, demos, and tailored proposals.
  • Drive field engagement through walk-ins, prospecting, trade shows, and partnerships.
  • Partner with product teams and peers to deliver effective retail solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to forecast pipelines and analyze conversion rates.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and flexible under pressure.
  • Experience managing customer-facing, quota-driven teams is a plus.
