You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle while partnering with engineers to deliver innovative voice agent prototypes. Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and tech stack.
  • Build and demo voice agent prototypes to drive customer buy-in.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers for onboarding transitions.
  • Represent customer needs internally to influence product roadmap.
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years in a sales/GTM role at a technical B2B company.
  • Track record of closing sales with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with APIs and no-code/low-code tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML or voice tech landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
  • Self-directed with strong pipeline discipline and action bias.
  • Experience in selling AI, voice, or conversational tech.
  • Familiarity with telephony infrastructure or contact centers.
  • Multilingual or international market experience is a plus.
