The Account Executive for Go-to-Market is a pivotal role within our fast-moving startup focused on delivering cutting-edge AI and voice technology solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, engaging with mid-market and enterprise clients to drive adoption of our innovative voice agent prototypes. Your expertise in sales, coupled with a strong technical background, will help you build relationships with key stakeholders and influence product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client needs and technology integrations.
  • Develop and present custom prototypes to facilitate client engagement.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth onboarding for clients post-sale.
  • Create go-to-market playbooks and strategies for new verticals.
  • Maintain an organized CRM pipeline for accurate revenue forecasting.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, AE, or GTM within a technical B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with CTOs and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with APIs and no-code/low-code tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML and voice technology landscapes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Self-directed with a strong action-oriented mindset.
