The Lifecycle Specialist for Time and Attendance in EMEA is responsible for managing the Time & Attendance processes for Remote's external staff, ensuring compliance with employment law across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Time & Attendance for Remote's external staff, ensuring compliance.
  • Provide advisory on employment law across jurisdictions and offer guidance to clients.
  • Serve as a Time and Attendance expert to support complex client and employee projects.
  • Handle employee lifecycle events including leaves, hours, holidays, and time tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support audits and global documentation.
  • Promote automation and lifecycle process improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to innovate and optimize processes; identify automation opportunities.
  • Efficient operations with a strong emphasis on documentation and data integrity.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously using various tools.
  • Able to work independently in an international remote team with flexible hours.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-Suite.
