The Technical Support Engineer will play a vital role in supporting our cloud-based communications platform and enhancing customer experience. This position requires collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to effectively resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain our cloud-based communications platform.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to resolve customer issues.
  • Own and drive resolution of complex technical escalations.
  • Ensure service levels are maintained and productivity standards are met.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in telecom, carrier, or VoIP support.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with VoIP, SIP, and desk phone provisioning.
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira.
