The Systems Administrator is responsible for provisioning, installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining systems hardware and software. This role provides white-glove support for local and remote users, including executives, ensuring that all systems are monitored and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware/software.
  • Provide white-glove support for local and remote users, including executives.
  • Conduct daily system monitoring; verify integrity and availability of systems and conference room hardware.
  • Configure operating systems per Hunter Douglas standards; ensure automation utilities are operational.
  • Manage end-user access and escalate/troubleshoot with IT and Operations teams.
  • Plan and expand wired/wireless network; coordinate cabling vendors.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Microsoft 365 (M365) support and management experience.
  • Installation and maintenance of network cabling; hardware/software installs.
  • Proficiency in the Apple iOS environment.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL incident management and good communication skills.
