We are seeking an SMB Account Executive who will take full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. This role focuses on targeting enterprise clients and converting self-service users with fewer than 1000 employees into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle sales ownership from prospecting to close.
  • Develop ROI-based business cases for both public and private sector clients.
  • Create and implement territory strategy and pipeline management to achieve quota.
  • Engage in multi-channel prospecting including outbound, inbound, and product-led growth.
  • Utilize sales technologies effectively for increased productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience, especially in complex organizational structures.
  • Proficiency with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong understanding of value-based selling and building business cases.
  • AI-first mindset to automate administrative tasks and focus on high-value work.
