We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the end-to-end hiring process across Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. This role involves collaborating with GTM leaders to translate hiring plans into effective teams while leveraging AI and research to identify top talent. You will be responsible for personalized outreach, managing the complete recruitment cycle, and ensuring the selection of high-performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire hiring process for Sales and GTM roles.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies.
  • Utilize AI tools and research methodologies to identify suitable candidates.
  • Calibrate market needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct outreach, manage interviews, extend offers, and ensure successful candidate closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM/Sales.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing top talent.
  • Proficient in using AI tools in recruitment processes.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to articulate candidate profiles.
  • Data literate with comfort in using ATS and analyzing funnel metrics.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a high-urgency mindset.
