As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will own the full lifecycle recruiting for sales roles across the business. Your expertise will play a vital role in partnering with sales leaders to define excellence and build future-ready pipelines for our GTM organization, which includes Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for sales positions.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to establish clear expectations and define excellence beyond just the requisition.
  • Build and maintain future-ready talent pipelines across various sales roles.
  • Utilize data and market insights to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Source candidates aggressively using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Greenhouse.
  • Provide a fast and respectful candidate experience that aligns with Axon's brand.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate preferred).
  • Proven success in recruiting sales or revenue roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building effective pipelines.
  • Ability to manage high-volume and high-visibility requisitions.
  • Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and provide constructive feedback.
  • Data-informed mindset with a focus on relevant metrics.
