As a Senior Speciality Account Executive at Vanta for Government, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on federal compliance frameworks, guiding complex sales cycles and supporting core Account Executives in live deals for federal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as SME on federal compliance frameworks.
  • Support core AEs in live deals as an overlay representative for federal opportunities.
  • Create playbooks, training, and resources to enhance federal selling competency.
  • Own full-cycle sales for select government vendor opportunities.
  • Drive pipeline through outbound efforts, events, and partnerships with SIs and 3PAOs.
  • Provide real-time feedback to Product and Engineering on the V4G roadmap.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling software to government contractors or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST 800-53/171, and ITAR.
  • Ability to navigate complex procurement cycles, including RFP responses.
  • Established relationships with procurement and compliance stakeholders.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and messaging for public sector buyers.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
