We are seeking a Senior Manager for Sales Strategy & Field Operations to lead our Field Sales Operations for the Commercial North America team. This role involves partnering with sales and leadership to design go-to-market (GTM) strategies and improve sales processes to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead territory planning, segmentation, and account assignments.
  • Develop analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to inform executive decisions.
  • Collaborate on global initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Enhance sales processes to boost Account Executive productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Sales Operations or a related field.
  • Proven success building relationships with sales leadership.
  • Deep understanding of GTM design, sales planning, and operational strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce, Tableau, and Clari.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence others.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
