Job Overview

As the Sr. Director of Sales & CS Operations, you will be the CRO's operating partner, leading various strategic initiatives to drive sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Run sales cadence and translate insights into actions
  • Lead global deal desk and pricing governance
  • Modernize quote-to-cash process
  • Lead territory and capacity planning
  • Operationalize AI in the field
  • Nurture partner co-sell initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in Sales Ops within SaaS at a global enterprise scale
  • Proven ownership of deal desk, pricing governance, territory/capacity management, CPQ
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, DocuSign, Clari, ERP integrations, Snowflake BI
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with expertise in margin analysis and accounting standards
  • Excellent executive communication and data-driven storytelling skills
