As a Revenue Operations System Analyst, you will own and optimize the revenue tech stack across go-to-market (GTM) teams. This role is fully remote and specifically for candidates in Costa Rica, offering a unique opportunity to work with leading tools like Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo, and Ringlead. You will focus on enhancing CRM data workflows, automating lead management, and ensuring data governance and forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the revenue tech stack across GTM teams.
  • Administer key tools including Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo, and Ringlead.
  • Improve CRM data workflows in collaboration with Salesforce admins.
  • Automate lead management processes, including routing and enrichment.
  • Ensure data governance and accuracy in forecasting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance tool interoperability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce CRM admin, including objects, flows, and permissions.
  • 2+ years of experience with cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and forecasting.
  • Experience in RevTech administration, including forecasting, routing, and automation.
  • Knowledge of API-based integrations, data mapping, and monitoring.
