The Channel Partnerships Manager will proactively identify and develop referral partnerships within the private practice and medspa ecosystem. This role involves owning the full partner lifecycle from outreach to activation and maintaining ongoing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and develop referral partnerships.
  • Own the full partner lifecycle from outreach to activation.
  • Build and maintain a robust partner pipeline using outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop co-marketing materials and onboarding playbooks.
  • Track and report partnership KPIs such as pipeline, conversion, and revenue; optimize based on data.
  • Represent Nitra at healthcare and aesthetics events to deepen partner relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–8 years in channel partnerships or indirect sales with proven success.
  • Proven cold outbound prospecting and closing deals.
  • Experience with channel partners in complex ecosystems (accountants, consultants, tech platforms).
  • Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong relationships and executive presence with owners and C-suite.
  • Data-driven with CRM and outbound platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
