Contracts Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring effective management from intake to renewal. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements while collaborating closely with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from intake to renewal.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Partner with various departments to drive deals and manage obligations and risks.
• Track key terms and renewal timelines effectively.
• Improve Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows, templates, and implement automation/AI tools.
• Support compliance with privacy, security, and data protection regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in contracts management, paralegal, or legal operations.
• Experience in adtech, SaaS, or technology companies.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation.
• Familiarity with data privacy and digital advertising regulations.
• Experience with CLM tools, such as Adobe Sign.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent training is preferred.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
